HOW TO GET RID OF ACNE SCARS AND DISCOLORATIONS?

WHERE DO SCARS AND DISCOLORATIONS ON THE FACE COME FROM? Scars and post-inflammatory discolorations are skin imperfections that are a common consequence of acne, especially if we have been struggling with it for a long time or have not treated it properly. Some people try to hide them under concealers or foundations, which is not always effective, and what is worse, it does not solve the problem, only masks it. A much better solution is to cure these cosmetic defects. Of course, it is not easy to get rid of such unsightly changes, but it is not impossible. HOW TO REMOVE ACNE SCARS AND DISCOLORATIONS? Acne scars are characterized by thinning of the epidermis, or tissue loss in the superficial layer of the skin, so if we want to remove such scars, we need to fill in the depressions and even out the complexion. The best way to do this is with cosmetics that stimulate collagen reconstruction in places where it is missing. Getting rid of discoloration, in turn, requires the use of cosmetics that regulate the process of producing pigment in the skin, which is disrupted by acne inflammation. HOW TO CARE FOR SKIN WITH SCARS AND DISCOLORATIONS? For the care of skin with scars and acne discolorations, it is worth using natural cosmetics with anti-inflammatory, smoothing and intensively nourishing effects, for example: natural bio face serum vitamin c & mulberry hydrotherapy with turmeric natural silk face mask Asian loofah These cosmetics are great for treating acne scars and discolorations, because they reduce inflammation and stimulate collagen synthesis, as well as brighten the complexion and even out its color. Additionally, it is also worth reaching for a natural facial scrub that will effectively stimulate the skin to regenerate. WHICH PEELING WILL HELP TO GET RID OF ACNE SCARS AND DISCOLORATIONS? In the fight against acne scars and discolorations, two types of natural facial scrubs are best: enzymatic kali musli scrub and natural creamy papaya and Indian ginseng facial scrub. Enzymatic scrub cleanses the skin of dead cells and supports its renewal, and additionally lightens discolorations. Cream scrub, on the other hand, soothes and smoothes the skin and gives it a healthy color. WHEN SHOULD YOU USE A NATURAL FACE PEELING? The use of a natural facial scrub is recommended for the care of any type of post-acne skin, both in women and men. However, it is very important to match this cosmetic to the type of skin we have. For example, if our skin is normal or dry, choose a cream scrub. Enzymatic scrub is a good choice for those with very irritated, vascular, sensitive or dry skin. Remember also that the effectiveness of a natural facial scrub depends largely on our systematic use - so use it regularly.

WHY DOES THE SKIN NEED TO REGENERATE AFTER WINTER? Frost, wind, frequent temperature changes and other adverse factors that we are constantly exposed to during the winter do not remain without their effect on our skin. It then needs increased care and careful care, which will restore its healthy condition and allow it to once again delight with a beautiful appearance. HOW TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN IN SPRING? To restore the skin's firmness and radiance, you should reach for natural cosmetics with intensive regenerative and nourishing effects. The basis is of course peelings, which remove the gray, keratinized layer of the epidermis and facilitate the absorption of nutrients, and face masks, which detoxify, soothe inflammation and stimulate skin firmness. WHAT MOISTURIZER TO CHOOSE FOR SPRING? xx

WHY IS IT WORTH CHOOSING NEW FACE CREAMS FOR SPRING? Facial care varies depending on the season. In winter, when our skin is exposed to frost and wind, and also has to cope in often dry, air-conditioned rooms, we need creams with strong strengthening, soothing and calming effects. In spring, on the other hand, when the skin is exposed to higher temperatures, we should choose primarily light moisturizing creams that will help fight dryness by concentrating water inside the cells. WHAT TO PAY ATTENTION TO WHEN CHANGE YOUR FACE CREAM FOR SPRING? When choosing a face cream for spring, it is essential to pay attention to its composition - it is important that it is healthy and ecological, and at the same time contains active substances that rebuild the lipid layer of the epidermis and prevent water loss. Such natural face creams allow for intensive and long-lasting skin moisturization, reducing the negative effects of constant exposure to the sun, thanks to which our skin will be radiant and rested, regaining its natural freshness and glow. WHICH NATURAL FACE CREAMS ARE BEST FOR SPRING? From the wide range of natural face creams, we can recommend several popular products that are perfect for spring: Bio cream actively protective anti pollution moringa and schisandra, Hydrotherapy with saffron, Hydrotherapy with turmeric, Indian ginseng face cream, Natural cream with snail slime, Each of these products has a moisturizing, nourishing and regenerating effect, and also has a pleasant scent and works great as a makeup base. HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT FACE MOISTURIZER? When choosing a face cream, always remember that it should be suited to a specific skin type. For example, for vascular skin, hydrotherapy with saffron will be best, and for acne-prone skin - hydrotherapy with turmeric. For those with mature skin, we recommend a cream with Indian ginseng extract, which rejuvenates and firms the skin. When choosing the right product from our range of natural face creams, you can also take into account your preferences - after all, each of us has favorite scents. HOW TO CORRECTLY USE NATURAL FACE CREAMS? Natural face creams are very healthy and have a beneficial effect on the skin, but only if we use them correctly. First of all, we should take care of regularity, and at the same time not overdo it with frequency - too much is always harmful, even in the case of natural face creams. We should also follow the instructions on the packaging, e.g. if the cream is intended for night, it should be applied in the evening, before going to bed, thanks to which the active ingredients will have a chance to absorb well. Such careful and systematic care is a guarantee of a healthy and beautiful appearance of our skin.

ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF COSMETIC CLAYS

WHAT ARE COSMETIC CLAYS USED FOR? Cosmetic clays are one of the most interesting products that have appeared on the Polish market in recent years. Originally from China, used in ancient times to enhance beauty, they eventually made their way to Europe and won the hearts of Polish women. Their trademark is a formula based on minerals extracted from the depths of the earth with a high content of micro and macro elements and oriental plant oils. This unique combination makes cosmetic clays great for combating all skin problems. WHAT ARE THE BIGGEST DISADVANTAGES OF COSMETIC CLAYS? The most frequently mentioned disadvantages of cosmetic clays are those resulting from their form and method of application. A typical clay is in the form of a thick paste, which should be evenly spread on cleansed facial skin and then left to dry for 20 minutes. After this time, the paste sets and can be removed. Not every woman likes such cosmetics, because their application seems time-consuming. Nevertheless, it is worth investing some time in skin care with cosmetic clays - the effects will be captivating. WHAT ARE THE GREATEST ADVANTAGES OF COSMETIC CLAYS? The advantages of cosmetic clays definitely outweigh their disadvantages. The first one that must be mentioned is their healing properties. Nothing has such a bactericidal and anti-inflammatory effect as cosmetic clays, and they also help remove toxins from the skin, oxygenate it and support its regeneration. Other advantages of cosmetic clays include their versatility and hypoallergenic nature. Thanks to their unusual combination of active ingredients, they work multi-faceted on the skin of the face, bringing out its hidden beauty, and at the same time are completely healthy and safe even for those with sensitive skin, prone to allergies and irritations, or struggling with psoriasis. WHICH COSMETICS CONTAIN CLAY? Cosmetic clays are mainly used in facial care cosmetics . Our three masks are based on their formula: natural ginger and lemongrass clay mask; natural clay mask almond and saffron; natural neem clay mask and tea tree. Each of them is designed to care for a different type of skin, so choose them according to the needs of your skin - this way you will take optimal care of it and see the results faster. WHAT ARE THE EFFECTS OF USING COSMETIC CLAY? Depending on the clay you choose, the effects of use will vary slightly, but any clay used systematically will perfectly and gently cleanse the skin of sebum and toxins. Regular use of cosmetic clays for the face also brings additional benefits in the form of deep nourishment, regeneration and smoothing of the skin, as well as regulation of its lipid management. It is therefore worth stocking up on, for example, a natural mask made of Orientana clay.

SKIN CARE IN SUMMER

WHY DOES OUR SKIN NOT LIKE SUMMER? Unlike us, our skin does not like summer. The hot sun, which gives us a beautiful tan and provides our body with vitamin D, which is necessary for its proper functioning, is a huge burden for our skin. That is why during the holidays we often experience unpleasant symptoms such as tension, itching and burning of the skin after sunbathing. However, the occurrence of such symptoms can be easily minimized - all you need is proper skin care in the summer. WHAT SHOULD SKIN CARE LOOK LIKE IN SUMMER? Skin care in the summer should be based primarily on regular hydration and moisturising – so remember to drink water frequently (at least 1.5L a day!) and systematically use summer cosmetics with a natural, light composition. Equally important to maintaining the hydrolipid balance in our skin cells is also its protection from harmful UV radiation, which is why summer skin care cannot do without a good cream with a filter. WHAT ARE SUITABLE COSMETICS FOR SUMMER? The best cosmetics for skin care in the summer are those that have a light consistency and thus allow the skin to breathe freely, while also having intensively moisturizing properties. We especially recommend body oils: natural body oil Japanese rose and geranium ; natural body oil sandalwood and turmeric ; natural ginger and lemongrass body oil ; natural body oil Indian jasmine . These are ideal cosmetics for the summer, because they effectively bind moisture in the skin cells and strengthen its natural protective barrier. It is worth applying them before every sunbath - this way we will minimize the risk of skin burn. WHAT OTHER COSMETICS ARE WORTH USE IN SUMMER? In summer skin care, regular exfoliation is also important, which is why no holiday cosmetic bag should be without a good scrub. You can choose a ready-made scrub from our offer, for example a natural face scrub creamy papaya and Indian ginseng, or prepare your own recipe by mixing body oil with coarse salt or coffee grounds. With the help of such a scrub, you will effectively remove exfoliated skin cells and facilitate skin regeneration. THE BEST COSMETICS FOR SUMMER – NATURAL OR DRUGSTORE? When choosing cosmetics for the summer, reach only for natural, certified cosmetics, because only they guarantee safety of use. Drugstore cosmetics intended for skin care in the summer not only burden it unnecessarily, and in some cases even irritate it, but can also cause serious skin diseases. Don't risk it. Opt for healthy and safe cosmetics for the summer.

INDIAN DISHES for the holidays - POWER BALLS

The holidays are coming! I love them and I personally extend them, preparing for them from the first of December. Because gingerbread and gingerbread cookies, hot chocolate and teas with exotic spices warm up not only the body but also the soul on winter evenings! Similarly, the Indian holiday dessert, equally aromatic as our December pastries, which I treat my friends to during our December meetings. Yes, yes - Asia accompanies me even during Christmas! Here is a recipe that will transport you to Asia and introduce you to the holiday atmosphere. INGREDIENTS: 80g clarified butter 125 g chickpea flour 120 g cane sugar 25 g pistachios 1 teaspoon ground cardamom Coconut flakes for sprinkling Coconut milk for pouring (optional) MAKING 10-12 BALLS: grind into powder 120 g cane sugar Finely chop 25 g of pistachios, preferably lightly salted (or add a tiny pinch of salt to regular ones). heat 80 g of clarified butter in a pan When the butter is hot, slowly pour in 125g of sifted chickpea flour, stirring constantly. reduce the heat and mix vigorously on low until it thickens a little and the flour takes on a nutty smell and golden color. It won't take you more than a few minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and add ground cane sugar and a teaspoon of cardamom to the mixture. Mix everything well and put the pan back on the stove to heat up a little. Just be careful not to let the sugar caramelize, or the doughnuts will be too hard! Mix the pistachios into the dough and set aside to cool slightly. This is the hardest part ;). After fifteen minutes of cooling, it's time to form the balls. Scoop the dough with a spoon and roll it in your hands until you get the desired shape. Sprinkle the balls with coconut flakes and serve drizzled with coconut milk. Ready! Now that traveling is difficult, I try to invite as much of the Asian atmosphere as possible not only into my bathroom (after all, that's why I created Orientana!) but also into my kitchen. Indian laddu balls are perfect for this – they smell wonderfully of cardamom and pistachios and... taste great drizzled with my beloved coconut milk. And they're really easy to make, in one pan, in less than half an hour – it's just waiting for them to cool down that's hard, because you want to gobble them up right away... Laddu is a type of doughnut, usually made from one of the legume flours, but also wheat flour, and even coconut flakes – the latter variety was a traditional sweet given to warriors and travelers setting off on their journey before they set off. It was supposed to bring them luck and foretell the safe achievement of distant goals. Isn't that a beautiful omen for us too? A lighter version of donuts than coconut (and less caloric, although in the case of laddu it is not even appropriate to talk about calories!) is my favorite, prepared with chickpea flour. Besan laddu, because that is the name of the dessert I am presenting to you today, can boast, in addition to its high caloric value, also, to balance it out, high nutritional value. And although it cannot be eaten every day, because it is quite hard to digest, let's appreciate the high protein content in chickpea flour and the health benefits of pistachios, which are their second important ingredient. And actually the last one, because for flavor you only need cane sugar, cardamom and... that's it, not counting the fat in which Indian donuts are fried. In the classic version, it is clarified butter and I strongly encourage you to use it, because not only does it have a wonderful, buttery smell, but also a high smoking point and can be used by people who are dairy intolerant. However, laddu can also be fried in any other oil – as long as it is tasty, e.g. coconut. When guests arrive, instruct them not to go for the balls first. They are so sweet, it is better to save them for the grand finale of the sweet party. It will be a success, I guarantee! In India, laddus are so popular that you can even buy them frozen to fry up at home... But that would take away from the holiday spirit, wouldn't it?

GINGER, LEMONGRASS AND LEMON INFUSION AUTUMN TRIO FROM ASIA

Summer is just a memory now. It has become cold, we have returned to our usual, busy schedule… and, standing on the scales, we come to the conclusion that it is time to pay for our holiday nutritional sins ;). Unfortunately, the threat of the pandemic virus and autumn depression have not gone away with summer. What to do with all this? My answer is this – prepare the right herbs! And, as always with me, I prepare those proven ones from wonderful Asia. That's why today I have a recipe for a body-cleansing and vitality-boosting ginger, lemongrass and lemon infusion. Every woman in India knows it! And every Indian mother gives her child such a drink - for immunity, to improve mood, for better results in school - and for a bit of silence, because this drink is so delicious that, slightly sweetened, it successfully satisfies the child's constant need for dessert (and at least for a moment closes grumpy mouths;)). The base of the drink is ginger . Lots of ginger! The list of its health-promoting properties is very long. It opens with the sensational, but still awaiting wider research, ability to inhibit the development of cancer cells. Many studies have already confirmed that ginger relieves nausea and reduces inflammation of muscles and joints, and also regulates the functioning of the digestive system, acting antispasmodically and choleretic. It also improves blood supply to all tissues, which affects the well-being of not only the entire body, but also the brain, thanks to which it works much more efficiently - that is why after a glass of ginger infusion we concentrate easier and remember more, just like after a cup of strong coffee. We also add lemongrass to the infusion. It is responsible for its exotic taste. It has antibacterial properties and is a strong antioxidant, thanks to which it strengthens and rejuvenates the body. It contains a lot of vitamins, as well as folic acid, magnesium, zinc, copper, potassium, iron, phosphorus, which are very necessary for us girls... It also effectively treats digestive problems - it brings relief not only in the case of constipation or flatulence, but even stomach diseases! And what is important in today's gloomy times - it has a positive effect on the respiratory system and soothes a sore throat. Not to mention that it has a soothing effect in the case of muscle pain! It is worth remembering this in the flu season. Just like the fact that regularly sipping lemongrass infusion lowers blood pressure and... calms you down. The most well-known ingredient in our latitudes of the favorite drink of Indian women is lemon. It is known: it has a lot of vitamin C, has antioxidant and antiseptic properties - it is not without reason that we also add it to tea, not only when we have a cold. To make a delicious, strengthening infusion, you only need these three ingredients, but, like they do in Asia, it's worth going for a culinary freestyle. So to the base, consisting of a finger-sized ginger rhizome (you don't even have to peel it!), two lemongrass rhizomes and half a lemon (or lime, if you prefer more bitter flavors), add a large pinch of ground ginger or a spoonful of honey, according to your taste - here I recommend honeydew or buckwheat with non-obvious flavor notes. So how do you do it? As is my kitchen custom, quick and easy ;). Cut the lemongrass into two-centimetre pieces, chop or crush the ginger. Throw them into a pot and pour two cups of water. Cook for 10 minutes, then cool slightly and pour in freshly squeezed citrus juice. Add the additions, such as cardamom, licorice or a bit of cinnamon, at the end of cooking, and add the honey only when the infusion is a bit colder – remember that honey loses its healing properties at temperatures above 40 degrees. Drink the infusion warm or cold – the first version will warm up in a few minutes, and the second will be refreshing and a great substitute for plain water. Are you thinking about an autumn detox? Just don't go crazy - eat regularly and healthily, your body will manage on its own. But our ginger infusion will effectively help it!
