ORIENTKLUB Regulations
1. General provisions
1.1. These regulations define the rules of participation in the ORIENTklub Loyalty Program (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") run by Orientana Sp. z o. o. Sp. K. (hereinafter referred to as the "Organizer").
1.2. This Program is organized in the Organizer's online store available at https://www.orientana.pl
2. Definitions
2.1. The terms used in these Regulations mean:
2.1.1. Participant – a natural person with full legal capacity and, in cases provided for by generally applicable provisions, also a natural person with limited legal capacity,
2.1.2. Product – an item or service that is the subject of a sales contract between the Participant and the Organizer.
2.2. Program Participants undertake to comply with these regulations.
3. Participation in the program
3.1. Participation in the Program is free of charge.
3.2. Having or creating an account in the Orientana.pl online store is tantamount to participation in the Program.
3.3. The Participant may resign from participation in the Program at any time by sending an appropriate declaration to the Organizer via e-mail to the following address: sklep@orientana.pl
4. Levels and points of the Program
4.1. After obtaining the number of points specified below, the Participant is assigned to the appropriate level in the Program:
- Level 1 – after obtaining at least 200 points,
- Level 2 – after obtaining at least 600 points,
- Level 3 – after obtaining at least 1,200 points,
- Level 4 – after obtaining at least 2,500 points.
4.2. Points are awarded to the Participant:
4.2.1. for the sales agreements concluded by him/her for Products in the Orientana.pl online store, according to the conversion rate of PLN 1 of the value of the sales agreement for the Product = 1 Point, and the costs of delivering the Product are not included
and the value of sales contracts from which the Customer subsequently withdrew is not taken into account,
4.2.2. through other activities in promotional campaigns conducted by the Organizer as part of the Program – on the terms indicated in the given campaign.
5. Benefits of participating in the program
5.1. Within 365 days of awarding the points, the Participant is entitled to use them as:
5.1.1. 200 points = PLN 10 discount on the Product price, provided that the total value of the order exceeds PLN 50,
5.1.2. 50 points = free delivery, provided the Participant has Level 3 or higher,
5.1.3. 500 points = a fixed 15% discount on the Product price to be used within 90 days, provided the Participant has Level 4 or higher.
5.2. The discount specified in point 5.1 does not apply to Products marked as discounted in the Online Store.
5.3. The discount specified in point 5.1 is not cumulative with any discount to which the Customer is entitled under any other title than this Program.
5.4. The Organizer may grant the Customer, on separately specified terms, an additional discount or prize.
5.5. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of equivalent.
6. ORIENTclub+
6.1. The User may join the ORIENTklub+ Program by providing his/her name, e-mail address and clicking "Join the club" on the website https://www.orientana.pl/orientklub
6.2. Participation in the ORIENTklub+ Program is free of charge.
6.3. Participation in the ORIENTklub+ Program extends the benefits listed in point 5 to additional campaigns conducted by the Organizer as part of the Program – on the terms indicated in the given campaign.
7. Protection of personal data
7.1. The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these regulations is the Organizer. Personal data are processed for the purposes, within the scope and based on the principles indicated in this section of the regulations. Providing personal data is voluntary, although failure to provide personal data necessary to use the Program results in refusal to participate in it.
7.2. The purpose of collecting the Customer's personal data by the Administrator is to implement the Loyalty Program.
7.3. Every person has the right to control the processing of data concerning them, contained in the Administrator's data set, and in particular the right to: request the supplementation, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal, if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected.

8. Final provisions
8.1. The Program Regulations enter into force on September 30, 2023.
8.2. A Program Participant may be excluded from participation in the Program in the event of violation or fraudulent use of these regulations by immediate deletion of his/her account in the online store.
8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to change these regulations at any time.
