The first and most important step - Cleansing - the basis of the entire ritual is a thorough, effective and skin-safe make-up removal ! This is what Asian women are totally crazy about. Without proper face cleansing, the remaining care steps will be pointless. After the whole day, our face must be cleansed of make-up, impurities, dirt, dust that sticks to our skin every day. First, wash your face with an oil-based cosmetic ! According to the chemical principle we know from school - oils dissolve best in other oils. That's why they remove makeup so well. It is extremely important to massage the skin along the facial muscles, not across them. After the oil, it is time to cleanse the face with a cosmetic based on water and plant extracts - foam or gel (in the morning, of course, we skip using the oil). This is the so-called two-stage cleansing - an Asian specialty. Its task is to remove the remnants of oil and impurities, as well as excess sebum. Remember one more thing that many of us forget. The foaming of such a cosmetic does not mean anything, it does not affect the effectiveness of washing the face and does not provide any additional advantages! This is one of the most important stages! Essences have an even thinner and more watery consistency than serums or ampoules. They contain a whole range of active ingredients that perfectly moisturize our skin, balancing its moisture level. It also supports the cellular processes taking place in the skin, which allows it to be visibly regenerated. Remember that you can also use the essence in the morning – not only during your evening care. Instead of essence or after it (that's how Asians do it) use a good serum . Moisture has the most adverse effect on them, as excess water promotes the growth of bacteria and microorganisms. High temperatures also have a negative effect on them, so they should avoid radiators, the sun and other sources of heat. It is also worth limiting the air supply, which could cause them to ventilate and dry out. HOW TO STORE NATURAL COSMETICS? Natural cosmetics they feel best in dry, cool and shaded places. Most of them should be stored at room temperature, i.e. not too low (minimum 18°C), but also not too high (maximum 25°C), and also protected from light, both natural and artificial, because they are photosensitive. It is best to follow the instructions on the packaging - there is always information there about what rules should be followed so that a given cosmetic maintains its properties for as long as possible. WHERE TO STORE NATURAL COSMETICS? Many people store cosmetics in the bathroom - this is certainly a good place for soap or shampoo, but other cosmetic products are better kept in the room. It is very important that the packaging in which we store cosmetics is tight, this way we prevent: the negative impact of harmful external factors; the reproduction of bacteria and microorganisms; loss or change of the original properties of cosmetics; If the original packaging of the cosmetic has been damaged, we should definitely find a replacement for it, remembering that the new packaging should be equally tight.
