To evaluate the effectiveness of CARESOFT™ as a cosmetic active ingredient for reducing skin sensitivity, a study was conducted on 20 volunteers with sensitive skin. CARESOFT™ was applied in a cosmetic formulation at a 5% concentration for 28 days to the face and forearm and compared to placebo. A 5% concentration was applied to the nasolabial folds on both sides of each volunteer's face.
10% lactic acid solution. The expected reaction was measured after 5 minutes. After 28 days of CARESOFT™ application, the number of volunteers with sensitive skin decreased dramatically – 65% of volunteers no longer had sensitive skin.

Other tests performed with CARESOFT™ showed:
